Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at operations@tytanlogis.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions. Customer pays for shipping for "changed mind returns", We will take full responsibility for items that arrived in different condition than listed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Final sale items: Blind boxes/mystery items are final sale once opened.
