These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of toylune.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Toy Lune ("Toy Lune," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and authenticity

All products sold by Toy Lune are genuine, sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit merchandise. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and, while we make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate, we do not warrant that they are complete, current, or error-free.

4. Trademarks and brand affiliation

Product names, brand names, logos, and characters referenced on this Site (including but not limited to Nerf, Hasbro, Disney, Mattel, ZURU, and other third-party brands) are the trademarks and property of their respective owners. Toy Lune is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized representative of these brand owners unless explicitly stated otherwise. References to these brands are used solely to identify and describe the genuine products we sell.

5. Age recommendations and safety

Many products sold on this Site contain small parts and may present a choking hazard for children under 3, or may otherwise not be suitable for all ages. Please follow the age recommendations and safety warnings printed on each product's original manufacturer packaging. Toy Lune is not responsible for injury, harm, or damage resulting from a product's use outside the manufacturer's intended age range, instructions, or warnings.

6. Pricing and order acceptance

We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and to issue a full refund. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or errors in product or pricing information.

7. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

8. Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Order cancellations by you

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at operations@tytanlogis.com. After that window, the order may already be in fulfillment and unable to be changed or cancelled before shipment.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our written permission; interfere with the Site's normal operation; or place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment information.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toy Lune and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased from us, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms affects any warranty provided directly by a product's original manufacturer.

You agree to indemnify and hold Toy Lune harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or a product purchased from us.

14. Site content and intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — that is created by or belongs to Toy Lune is our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. This does not apply to third-party trademarks and product images, which remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
